You simply do not need them, however much the greedy supplement companies might want to convince you otherwise. Your money will be much better spent on a proper bodybuilding diet, implemented ON A CONSISTENT BASIS. This board has good threads on the subject of nutrition so do read widely on it. Such a diet can be a considerable financial commitment but it will boost gains quicker than any supplement ever will. Think of it like driving a car. A sound diet is like first gear. You always start off in first, then later you might change up a gear AFTER YOU'VE GAINED SOME MOMENTUM. If you neglect first gear (ie diet), expect the car to stall. |
