PreWO + PostWO, what do you take?

As the title, what do you guys take before a workout, and after your workout?

pre workout, i use dorians nox stuff, i take it about half our before 45 mis before this i have a meal, post workout, glutamine, wait for bout 5 - 10 mins have some bcaas, then loads of carbs and protein

About 2 hours before I train I have my Pro XS Bar and about 45 mins before a Pro GF, then straight after I use Pro Recover. And try to within an hour of that have my last food meal of the day.

Just had my pre training rice and tuna!

Bout 30mins before a work out i have animal pak, 5g glutamine, 5g BCAA, 5g Tri creatine malate, 5g arganine, 3g Taurine.

PWO i have a shake consisting of whey and dextrose.

pre workout whey and oats about 1.5 hoiurs before. post when bulking wms and whey. when cutting whey and l glutamine with some good fat either natty pb or nuts

Pre work out 2 lipo 6, loads of water. Cup of tea, 4 scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and olive oil.

Litre and half of spring water during workout.

Post work out - more water. Protein shake immediately after with mastica added ( a sort of high carb honey paste which is flavoured with gum mastic -resin from a tree) sounds horrendous but is delicious, simple carbs and highly addictive. Also dirt cheap form of fast carbs at 80pence for half a kilo tub. Very good for the digestion.

Half an hour later- protein meal (usually chicken or fish) with salad, more olive oil and sometimes sweet potato depending on the carb cycling.

straight after training i will have 50g oats 50g whey and a couple of tea spoons of golden syrup on top of it....... pre training is usually something like red mist

Pre - 6 eggs 40 mins before, 3 whole, 3 whites. Works wonders for creating space.

Post - 50g whey, 25g dextrose (atm a snicker as I am out of dex)

45min - 1 hour later meal

A decent meal about 1 hour before, chicken and rice or scrambolled eggs on toast, something like that. PWO is protein in water and sometimes a banana.

Nothing too complex, don't feel its needed at my stage.

Pre-workout is breakfast:

Protein shake with fine Scottish oats and creatine and BCAA's and peanut butter on toast.

PWO

WMS and BCAA's and creatine followed 20 mins later by Protein and malto.
