Preference really

All proven mass builders that hit the chest slightly differently while minimising the risk of injury (if good form applied)

I like to perform a DB and BB movement for variation.

I don't like decline press, not as effective as flat and incline imo.

Flyes are useful but, given the other moves, can be overkill in a workout

I agree with Para, although there is nothing wrong with what you had planned.

As above. Maybe switch decline for flat, but all looking OK, man.

Re: hows my chest routine?

Swiss Ball Cable Flyes for real target isolation.

Also Decline Bench Press is a proper shoulder wrecker IMO avoid.

An old bodybuilders excercise I know, but how about heavy single dumbell pullovers lying ACROSS the bench. This pulls on the bone structure and the ribs whilst stretching the pecs and the lats. Done correctly it can give a big increase your chest measurement. Works for me!

Re: hows my chest routine?

Im guessing you have a seperate shoulder day ? personally i do a push day; bench ( barbells as no one to help get dumbells in place!) dips and military. Thats every 90degres of your push movement. You seem to be hitting every 45 degrees of the push movement but i bet its less than this as your decline isnt realisticly going to be 45 degrees is it. Personally I wouldnt have the energy to go really heavy with an incline bench then a decline bench. its basically 60 reps as apose to 30. Id much prefer 30 really heavy ones. But in reality its all personal preference. If you can go all out with highest weight possible for incline then again for decline go for it!

Re: hows my chest routine?

cheers lads well, it was chest and tri day today and im poooped. i went for

incline bb press
flat db
dips
rope pull downs ( close grip bench and skull crushers hurt my elbow joint)

it was a good workout, my chest is killing me now, so are my triceps. te big bench lifts really exhausted my triceps so the rope pull downs really finised the tris well. at the moment im taken the next 2-3 weeks to drop any excess fat and then i am wanting to bulk and stay lean, get some size on me lol. hope i can pull my chest up to par, im not sure if its my cest or just the fact i have'nt much muscle mass all over, i weigh 160lbs at 5'10, and there is some pic of me on gallery undey ''importance of diet'', although i look slightly leaner now . what do you guys think cheers w

Glad it went well, you can't go wrong with the basics

As for your future bulking plan,Irwit's suggestion of switching to a PPL routine would also be my choice.

A heavy 3 day routine is plenty when natural
