Hello mate, I would advise avoiding supplements to begin with. Keep your diet and training in check and see how that takes you.

There will be plenty of cutting diets and routines on the forum, just take a look

Re: Just starting out

I prep all my food in the am, store them in containers and then take them to work with me. Im pretty sure you can work around this one if you put the effort in.

Re: Just starting out

Hi Platsy, forgot you had signed up till just now. I prepare all my food early morning before work and store it in containers. I take two protein shakes to work for before/after gym workout.

Have a look at that link that celeratt has posted, that is Geo that i told you about who has helped me no end so far.

The diet on his thread is pretty much the same as what i am on at the moment but i am not 100% strict on it sometimes with work committments getting in the way.

Good luck lad!!
