LMAO

If you want to get in shape and lose your belly in four weeks, then I'd suggest you just run as often and as far as you can between now and then. Eat as little as possible and cut out all alcohol. You won't be in great shape but you may lose a few pounds which is the best you can hope for in 4 weeks.

So whats the hurry and why have you left it so late?

Re: Any advice on 4 weeks training

Holiday Im guessing.

4 weeks of total dedication and you'll be suprised how much you can do. depends what you are starting with. HIIT ( High intensity interval training ), heavy compound weight sessions, and a very strict NO carb diet and you'll definately see a difference. Dont take this the wrong way though mate I doubt you'll be able to do it. If you are leaving it till 4 weeks before to "look good" then it will be too much too fast. Post up your current diet and routine and we can start from there, also read up on diet sections of teh forum and on HIIT training.

Re: Any advice on 4 weeks training

come on dude, some guys diet for 12 wks to get into shape for show's and stuff and they know what there doing, and your asking to do it in 4wks.

Dont get me wrong if you dedicate the 4 wks to nothing but cardio and diet then you will lose some fat but it will be very, very tough. As said you need to post up what you doing with regards to your diet, training and cardio sessions.

You will look better after 4 wks but not ripped, if thats the look your going for??

Re: Any advice on 4 weeks training

You have kind of left it a bit late for this one havent you?!!!!

What I would advise doing is a very very clean diet (no cheating what so ever) and do cardio 5 to 6 times a week early morning on an empty stomach before breakfast.

If your that serious about it then you will something like I have suggested. If you want to have cheat meals, drink, eat snacks etc then its kind of a waste of everyone on this forums time to help you.
