How often do you weight train each area?

My arms are pretty weedy so I'm using weights to build up my arms.

I think 10 reps is a suitable amount, but how often should I do so, I'm currently doing this daily with 10kgs.

Some will support the goal, I personally cannot.

train 3-4 times per week on your whole body and your arms will grow, 10 reps is ok for now

plenty of starter routines to help mate

Re: How often do you weight train each area?

I do workout all areas but mainly wanted to know how often the arms as I'm trying to focus on them.

3-4 times a week, if more than this was done, would it actually be worse off?

Re: How often do you weight train each area?

If you are a new trainer then focus on arms will come through

Rowing
Dips
Press
Pulls

Now, thats indirectly YET the stimulation is huge

Then squats, deads and big movements will bring them up

NOW...fast forward 9-12 months and then load in more isolations

1-2 isolations per week is ok to begin with but get a bvase down with compounds and eat and they will grow

Mould your body in a universal manner to begin with and you wont be posting "I wish I had trained legs or back" in 2 years when you are having issues brining them up
