![]() | Slendertone and the like Just wondered if any of you guys use like a slendertone product (or similar) whilst doing nothing? (ie lying on teh sofa, watching tele) I had one many moons ago and they where ok as a "top up". Does anyone have on now and what are you thoughts? Cheers Jay |

Still don't very often, but find it was quite good to use when doing some morning skipping, after using it for a week or so every other morning with skipping I did see a difference. I seem to have mislaid it though! ![]() |

| Who nicked my hair? | Re: Slendertone and the like i have one and i used it as a tens machine for pain relief. it works well for that and bugger all else. over the years that has been the most investigated single product by trading standards. the first machines were sold with such wild claims back in the 70's... |
