Anyway she hasnt trained them for a while since having an anchor, heart and swallow tattooed on them. They are both infected now so she is concentrating on chest and bis in her training and resting them up so they are healed in time to find a good vein to go into. The ones in her legs are fcuked from all the H she has shot up over the years PS - nobody PM me asking for naked pictures or casual sex, i will just delete them | |

Lately, I am doing front squats whenever possible to isolate the quads more than the glutes. Love front squats. |

The weight I can squat dropped but I don't care ....I want those big glutes. Personally I think the tendency to not go as low as the weight increases is very hard to avoid unless you really are sh*t hot at squatting so by my reckoning if I go real low as a rule then as the weight gets heavier and my bottle goes I'll be parrelell
