Re: Full body routines

Split it up mate, each muscle group should only be trained once a week, I personally do Pecks Shoulders monday, Back Wednesday, Arms friday, Legs saturday.

Depends on progress

If you aren't making any,you need to change one or all of :

1 training
2 diet
3 recovery

Sorry mate, that is not good advice.

How do you think eastern bloc powerlifters train?

FBRs are fine

Aside from having to pick on spelling mate, what other skills do you have? I have taken my advice DIRECTLY over 2 years from Vicky McCann and Kerry Napier, both BNBF national and Scottish Campions, I train in the gym they run.

FBR's Are good for strength but not building. The advice I gave WAS good advice!!! I might be new here but dont need to be flamed, I have been training for a long time.

Its not a spelling mistake, its a lack of reading pecs, pectoralis but to add a K in shows you have not read anything.

As for your knowldge, i apologised (which is generally something people dont do when flaming) before pulling you up is poor. 'Building' can be done on FBRs. perhaps read the link I have given for some ideas and as for my skills? a fair few years in the industry should account for a fair understanding of training...again happy to debate

I have not flamed you, simply suggested, along with another repsected member, you have written some advice that is incorrect and poor

CNS overload is far more of an issue than muscle 'hits' in a week along with test levels....
