n00bs first post would like some constructive critique on training routine please

Hullo all this is my first post, got a bench set n a decent amount of weights for my birthday in march and been pretty committed since cept for durin may where is was kinda on off for a couple weeks, pretty much went on a wee bender Thumbup but anyway not lookin to becomin a serious bodybuilder or anythin - settin a pretty tame overall goal of about 13/14 stone (at 5"9) at the start of the year i was 9st n am now 11(n am no gona pretend thats all muscle lol but a fair whack of it is) always been a bit of a skinny c*nt just lookin to sort that out hah
anyway heres that routine:

i read a bit about periodic cycling so i was think of maybe givin that a wee go

basically first phase of the cycle as a pure growth cycle was thinkin this
(doin full body routines btw)

Monday - bench press - 3x8-10

squat - 3x12 (i alternate squats and deadlift as i feel it puts a bit much pressure on my lower back)

bentoverrow - 3x8-10

lateral raises - 3x8-10

barbell curl - 3x8-10

tricep extension - 3x8

Wednesday - deadlift - 3x8-10

military press - 3x8-10

dumbell bentover row( was thinking maybe change this to bent arm pullovers at least untill i get somethin to do pullups on) - 3x8-10

incline dumbell flies 3x8-10 (as i find bench press after a shoulder press pretty weak and vise versa which is why i dont do them on the same days)

standing calf raises (not sure of the rep range for this thinkin 3x15-20??)

trap shrugs 3 x 10-12 (again??)

Friday is pretty much the same as monday but i was thinkin of maybe changin flat bench press to an incline or decline any thoughts of whether this is worth at this early stage?

I was then gona do this for like 6 weeks then maybe switch up the exercises and move on a strength phase doin like 5x5 routine or somethin still 3 days a week full body. should i move down to a 6-8 rep range here or stick to the plan?

im currently into my second week of the first phase but any help would be much appreciated - cheers for reading Beer
