To early to notice if its better putting tris with back or tris with chest. But im lifting heavier on my triceps then i did when with chest and im also starting to add weight to my dips which ive never done before. |

Now, newbies have it easier but if you wish to grow: logical training overload calorie surplus |

![]() ![]() | Re: Tri's Yes i have been employing overload with my chest and everything else. my bench has gone up 16kg since i started but my tris only 1kg. Since i started training tris on a different day 3 weeks ago i have already added 2kg on. |

TBH mate you may need to re think your approach Triceps will coe over time but nobody will build a body that has weaknesses of note in 16 weeks personally I would forget about tricep focus, simply press, squat, dead, pull, row and rest..stay in a calorie surplus and allow time |
