![]() ![]() ![]() | Over-Sleeping ??? Have always suffered from sleeping too much if anything, sometimes getting over 12 hours sleep !! I probably average about 10-12 hours undisturbed sleep a night when not working an early shift. ![]() I know Rest/Sleep is important for recovery but is it possible to do damage to gains by sleeping too much ? Thoughts ?? |

If you're going to bed and think you'll be out for the count, make sure you've eaten plenty and take some Multivits before you hit the hay. Sometimes you need the longer lie-ins, but if you're needing them all the time then maybe you're defficient in something and should see a doctor? |
