![]() | my routine,opinions needed I have been going with this routine for past 4 weks,results are much better then i expected. Training is based on working each muscle once a week,but after 2weeks i decided to work abs every time when i am in the gym. Now i am working on redesigning this routine,adding/removing exercises. These are the pictures that I print and carry with me in the gym.Also i am writing my results every time so i can emprove next time.There is a saying in my home language:Smart one writes it down and stupid one trys to remember,if i translated it good ![]() Legs,abs ![]() ![]() Chest,should ![]() ![]() Back,biceps forearm ![]() ![]() for removing: Dumbarell pull overs : difficult to do barbarell curls or cable curls because they are identical... for adding: more exercises for abs I am very happy with this routine,one example 4week ago: 2chin ups,five minutes ago 6 edit:Mon,wen,fri work days |

![]() | Re: my routine,opinions needed Diet? i forgot to mention,if i say: 24.6.2008 70.3kg 3.7.2008 72 almost 2kg for 9days,that is 4-5kg a mounth...i soo excited ![]() but it costs me about 2-3e a day,every day...eating 4-5 times a day...i am making web sites for money,200e per site... ![]() |
