creatine/whey

been training for a few weeks now and decided to add supplements to my diet. wanted to keep it not too complicated so i opted for classic whey and creaform.been advised to take 1 teaspoon of creaform with 200ml water 5 times a day for the first week, also 1 scoop whey with 200ml milk 5 times a day.
if i just put 1 teaspoon of creaform in my whey milkshake would it have the same effect as taking it seperate with 200ml water? as im struggling drinking that amount of fluids daily. this is aswell as a good diet.

Re: creatine/whey

Ok

dont need to load creatine

5g of monohydrate anytime of the day is fine

Why is not a magic drug and im not sure on scoop size but 5 per day is too much and should not be relied on

Post up some goals, stats and a full daily diet

no diet should need 5 servings of whey per day

hi lost soul, instructions said to load up on creaform the first 7 days, then go to once a day with a washout at the end of every month. whey instructions said to take 5 times daily,1 scoop about tablespoon size with 200ml milk which is less than half pint, are normal shakes etc a pint.i am 40 years old, 14stone, want to stay between 14-15 stone, lose some bf and gain lean muscle.3 day split/2 morning cardio
diet= breakfast=porridge,lunch=chicken salad,tea=fish/chicken/veg.snacks=fruit/nuts+ supplements as mentioned above.

Re: creatine/whey

if you load up on creatine all the time, the company will be selling it to you even quicker, you can just do 5g a day with an extra 5g pwo if you wished, and have at least a week off every 6-8 wks.

whey = 2 to 3 times a day if you need the extra protein, in servings of say 30 - 50g's take it with water as you dont want to gain weight and drinking about 2 pints of milk a day isn't a good idea.
