Skinnyboy is on a distinguished road
A Big Hi, looking for some expert advice plz

Hi folks, I'm a newbie here,
I'm 26, 6 feet tall and I weigh 12 stone, I have never seen the inside of a gym and my eating habits are not that healthy, I was never very well up on the nutrition side of weight training but I used to train when I was 19-20 but gave it up after a few months, I just wasn't making any progress and the aches and pains and lack of energy were just not worth it.
Basically I have a simple weights bench, barbell and two dumbells, I also have a pull up bar.
Even tho I am not Fat, I do have a pot developing and I don't drink so thats worrying.
I'm just looking for sumone who knows what they are talking about to give me some advice on a basic routine and foods to eat and what foods to avoid, I'd appreciate it.
I wanna get fit and this is the first step, Thanks for reading.

Do bench and pullups twice a week and try to eat more meat. Preferably in this order. Fish, turkey, chicken, eggs, beef, pork.
