Max-OT

Hi guys, does anyone have any knowledge of the "Max-OT" training method. I am looking for a 5 day split and this one looks quite good.

Anyone tried it?

Re: Max-OT

As a beginner its not ideal
As a long term plan its not ideal
In its format it should be run its a good plan for int/adv trainers looking for size over ~12 weeks
I tweaked it a bit but overall its good

Re: Max-OT

How would you define an intermediate lifter, someone who has been working out solidly for over say 2 years?

Re: Max-OT

more along the lines of:

Run 3-4 tried and tested plans with overload based mainly on compounds
Gains are now slowing although still evident
Good understanding of nutrition
subscribes to 75% of the lifestyle to make gains

Time is not a measure as many tw4t about for 5 years without a clue
