![]() | hello Hi my names Jim, Im 29, roughly 14 stone and 5ft 11. Been lifting for a few years now on and off and really looking to get back into the swing of things. Ive not got a bad diet I eat alot of vegies and lean meat, dont drink alot, give up smoking, but I need to progress my training. Ive recently bought some maximuscle products and im not convinced, I bought the "body for life" book and Im still not convinced, I tried to do a 1000 press ups everyday and got really bored so I thought **** it!! Lets start from basics with a basic routine!! and a basic diet. I'll be posting some pics of my semi scrawny, flabby, muscley body for you all to take the **** out of soon, but before I did I just wandered if anybody could recommend me some Whey??? or alternative decent protein supplement? Thanks in advance Jim |
