heres a tip- use google because its a search engine and you can find out what farmers walks are

2) farmers walks are actually strongmen implements, where you hold heavy weight in each hand and walk with it, you can try this with dumbells

Re: What gloves for deadlifts?

dont wear gloves as said previously

after deadlifting or shurugs my fingers go white and flat but after a few seconds they return to normal

use a reverse grip but keep an eye on the biceps of the under arm

Chalk all the way mate. I only recently starting using chalk and I must say it makes a huge difference.

Re: What gloves for deadlifts?

Are you holding the bar with an alternating grip meaning one palm facing you the other hands palm facing away from you? Doing this adds 400lb of holding power for me.....

same as, bar the 400lbs

my grip used to go over 110kg, reverse grip and even after 3 full sets and toping over 120kg i can still grip

i use gloves but they dont help, just stops my palm pinching under the bar, which i find hurts more than the friggin lift

Re: What gloves for deadlifts?

Farmers walks are good but not ideal just to build forearm strength for bodybuilders

go with some of the advice RE static holds, plate pinches BB stuff and maybe one of these

or a foam roller
