![]() | some advice hi after getting some info on routines i have decided to try bill star's 5x5 single factor beginners routine. i am starting this tomorrow. what i want to know is: what is a powerclean? and can i do something else instead? can i do something else rather than high pull up's? both exercises must be as good as the ones they are replacing or better cheers ![]() |
