![]() | The Power of 5 Hi guys (and girls). I was just wondering, along with a good diet and training regime, if you had to go back to when you were a no0b and choose 5 supplements to help you with your training what would they be? More importantly; Training for Size & Strength or Bulking. The 5 items ideally should be sold on myprotein.co.uk so i can have a look at pricing later! Cheers, Beachbod |

MXD: If i can I'll make sure to use your 5% discount code. Cheers guys. Oh, sorry but can someone also tell me what EAA is? (MXD's reply) |

I'm going keep researching on these though, make sure I get what I need. (my diet is good alongside all these ofc) |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: The Power of 5 I am a noob, my 5 choices are: whey protein creatine fish oil (not ordered yet so not sure which) maltodextrin (not ordered yet but may do after recent advice) Hmmm, that's only 4. If I had to choose a 5th I guess maybe some powdered oats, I've been looking at this to perhaps add to my shakes. |
