DC Training

Hi all, further to the last thread I started regarding my development etc (http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/getting-s...t-routine.html), I just thought I'd say that I started training last night using the DC method of training, and have to say that I can definitely feel it today. I felt much more switched on whilst training last night, probably due to the intensity of the session compared to my previous routine of body part splits, and got a real sweat on, even moreso than normal.

I plan to now train using just 'upper' and 'lower' routines, what do people think of the following? (This is what I followed last night). I made sure that I was pushing/pulling to the point where my first set was generally a very difficult 8 (10 absolute maximum on the exercises where I'm still learning my rep limits) , then after 10-15 breaths I generally got another 3-4, then after the 2nd rest I got about 1-2.

DB Chest Press
DB Incline
Wide Grip Chins
Seated Row
Cleans (I felt a bit light headed using the DC method, so I may just stick to straight sets for this alone)
Close Grip Pulldown
Shoulder Press
Shrugs

I know they're recruited in the compound movements, but will I still develop well in terms of anterior/posterior delts, biceps and triceps etc seeing as I'm not isolating them now?
