Critique my routine please!

Hi I've been going to a gym for 2 years now and made slight gains but really want to start on a strict routine now and bulk. Id appreciate it if you could critique my gym routine (push/pull/legs), which i'm fairly happy with!!

My main questions are what rep/set scheme to carry out on each excersise and if any other excersises need adding?

My height is 5'8
Weight 11st 10lbs
bf 13 approx

Push
Flat Bench Press
Incline Bench Press
Seated Overhead Press
Dips
CGBP

Pull
Deadlift
Chins
BB Row
Shrugs
Curls

Legs
Squats
SLDL
Lunges
Calf Raise
Crunches

the routine doesnt look terrible but I am wondering if you are bulking why there is no reference to your calorie increases required to bulk

Welcome mate

Yeh thats bread and butter 3 dayer...you may even look to go 3 full body routines and drop out the isolations

rep range with all in for size 3 x 8-12 with 12 being on the isolations

if its strength you want drop the isolations and do5 and below reps

Thats a very brief suggestion BTW

These are the set/rep ranges im doing at the mo and i'm increasing the weight 2.5kg every set...

Push
Flat Bench Press 4x8
Incline Bench Press 4x8
Seated Overhead Press 4x8
Dips 3x10
CGBP 3x10

Pull
Deadlift 4x6
Chins 3x10
BB Row 4x8
Shrugs 3x10
Curls 3x10

Legs
Squats 4x8
SLDL 4x8
Lunges 3x10
Calf Raise 3x20
Crunches 3x20

Should i be doing more like 3 sets of 12 10 8 for the compound excersises or is what im doing ok?
