![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: hey guys and gals Get a bench and bar and some dumbbells. Look on ebay mate there will be loads on there 2nd hand. Eating is obviously the key. Make sure you eat breakfast. Eat before bed as i find this makes me really hungry in the morning. Honestly mate research your training and eat, eat, eat!

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: hey guys and gals Eating wise you should LOVE bulking !!! Eating ace food all day long. If you are finding it hard vitamin b12 gives me a brilliant appitite. Aim for 6 meals a day but dont stress over it. Work your meals into your current weeks routine, not the other way around. Personally Ill have a shake in the morning but cook some eggs aswell. Wrap them up and eat them hour later when I get to work. Another meal at 11 then dinner between 1 and 2. Meal before I leave work, home for an hour or so chillin. Make dinner, gym then a shake before bed. |
