![]() | What are realistic gains?!! This has probably a daft question but.... I'm 6ft (ish), 74.5kg, am trying to put on some serious muscle bulk and am on a whole body workout at the moment which I do 3/4 times per week. I know everything takes time but I was wondering what mass gains would be realistic to achieve and what weight should I be aiming for? thanks |

Muscle alone: 1st year of training 15-20lbs is exceptional, 10 is good and realistic year 2 = 5-12lbs beyond that 4-10 is good The returns lower with time yet increase relatively when all bases are covered. Anyone who gains 3 stine in a year has got fat regardless of what they tell you and how "they dont see anymore body fat" |

I meen its eay to gain weight, its quality that you should be worried about. naturaly your looking at 5lbs lean body mass a year i recon for the first year or two then it gets much harder. sure you could gain 100kg in a year but its going to be fat. | |

![]() | Re: What are realistic gains?!! Ive been training 4 years naturally, id say lean muscle gains of around about 20 lbs a year minimum are easily obtainable, you will gain more when you realise your perfect diet and traing routine, this took me about 2 years of trial and error to sort out! |
