![]() | New guy starting out Ok, my goals, looking to enter a beginner show, obviously not yet, hoping to get some sound advice on here (any welcome) Stats im 32 5ft7 158lbs bf 13% (checked professionally) Up until last year i was in the army for 15 years, boxed for 12. Cycles x2 last cycle finished dbol/decca cutter var/tren/winnie also using GH all year round. My aims well im looking to to gt some good gains as im only 158lbs right now, any advice welcome. |

I would, if you are hell bent on more gear pick a simple test course and focus on eating to gain muscle with gear being the catalysts, drop boxing training and lots of cardio for something a little more relaxed in terms of cardio and some mass gaining training/eating
