New Just starting out

Right Hi everyone ! Im 17 Just about 6ft and 10.5 stone , i need to bulk up as im quite skinny ! Ive just finished school So ive got till september to really get stuck in but i will continue at Uni! DOnt really know where to get started ! Ive got a set of Dumbbells and a pull up bar at the mo havnt been using them though, Now im starting to get serious about it need some advice such as nutrition as my diet is pretty crap allthough i do eat quite alot , Protein Shakes ? and some routines really want to fill my shirts more Cheers

Welcome mate

get a summer job
buy a gym membership or a bench/rack/olympic weights
google bill starr or mark rippetoe for training
google berardi/aceto/ kelly bagget for nutrition
forget about protein shakes
eat cheap, wholesome food
give it time

you will see some progress by the end of summer but it is just a starting point
