Weight Training for Boxer

Guys and Gals

After my intro, I am a 30 yr old boxer who fights at Welterweight with no problems in making the weight.

I am looking for a weight training programme that will increase strength, power etc whilst at the same time not adding on too much weight.

At present, most of my strength and conditioning comes from bodyweight excercises, but would like to make the move over to incorporate weight training instead (hence me joining here)

All help much appreciated.
