new routine wotya think?

how does this sound for a decent split? i do 2 to 3 exercises on each body part duing their workout days. and usualy work 3 sets to the limit so cant do another rep.

im currently changing my routine as i kept missing workout days before due to aches and pains from football
what do you guys think?

sunday - football game + training all morning
monday - rest
tuesday - chest / tri / shoulders
wednesday -
thursday - biceps / forearms / back / legs
friday - rest
saturday - rest / abs?

Not enough info to really critique but you are better off doing 2 x full body sessions.
There is an unequal dristibution of body parts

Re: new routine wotya think?

Dont take this the wrong way but " thursday - biceps / forearms / back / legs " kind of gives the idea that you need some more research into traing. Training your "bicep" along with legs and back show you have little knowledge about the body. The bicep is one relatevly small muscle, and to compare traing that one muscle to your leg, which contains your biggest muscle group along with 2 other large msucle groups, then your "back, which contains the largest muscle in your body along witha huge set of other muscles.

Theres nothing wrong with having a small ammount of knowledge about the bidy and how to train, realising that you dont know much and spending the time learning about the body will help your training a whole lot more imo. Lucky for you theres sooo much info in these forums so just strat reading as many threads as possible
