Stronger but not bigger

Hello all

Im 44 and in my 12th week of body building.

Iv put on lots of muscle but over past few weeks Im not getting any bigger but I am still getting stronger each time.
So if I am getting stronger and able to do more and lift more each time even though im not getting any bigger at the moment,am i on the right track.I am presuming a gain in streanth will eventualy gain muscle size.

Thanks

Re: Stronger but not bigger

Gains in strength don't always equall gains in muscle...sounds like the problem might be in your diet...Post your current diet and routine and let everyone have a look it's easier to pin point the problem that way...welcome to the board...
