Newbie: Help Me With My One Year Plan

Hows it going everyone? My names Steven and I'm going to give you a brief summary of my weightlifting "career." It started off with the usual cheap DB set that focussed mainly on the arms and chest, a lack of knowledge was there and tbh I knew absolutely nothing at all about BB.

Then I moved on and got a bit more into it when I got the internet in at the house, this was around Feb last year. I have read article after article about diet and routine and I finally want to make a proper, informed go at making myself bigger.

Currently I am around 9.5 stone/60kg to 10 stone/63kg and I am about 5 foot 9. I have inserted pictures at the bottom to show you my physique and also for a laugh!

I want to start a bulk at the end of June as, to be totally honest, I am going on holiday on the 22nd and want to make the most of what I have before then through typical beach body moves.(Sorry) But after that I want to diet properly and cleanly and gain some heavy mass.
My short term goal is to get a diet formed that I am 100% happy with and a routine that I find challenging, rewarding and simple to follow.(As I feel is the proper way to start off)
My medium term goal is to have learned enough about my body to know what kind of routine and diet suits me and also to have added some weight to my physique.
Long term goal(1 yearish but longer if needs to be, I'm in for the long haul) is to have developed myself enough to think I look big but could be bigger and to obviously be a lot more experienced in what I am doing.

Now, the advice I hope for.
Firstly, I am an ectomorph so obviously gaining weight will be a struggle. What I want to know is around how much weight over a year is a reasonable goal to have? Tbh it is things like this that put me off and although I know everyone is unique, for someone of my height and weight I would like to know an average of around what I should gain.
Secondly is routine. I have read a lot about what I should be doing but everyone has their own opinion and it is hard to find a routine that I feel would be beneficial and will work correctly with my body. Compound moves are the way IMO but what I don't know is which compund moves should I combine and when I should change from these to a split?
Last and definitely not least, diet. As a 19 year old it is clearly hard to stick to a proper diet. I have started drinking a bit but can easily cut that totally out and I understand the general idea about eating big, eating protein, carbs and healthy fats. I think I should need around 95-120 grams of protein a day, mymaintenance level of calories is around 2257 and for a bulk I think I should need about 2500-300 claories daily. Do they sound about right? What the main problem is though is sticking to a strict regime, I am going to uni in September and have a PT job so how would I best maintain a good, clean diet around these two obstacles?

Mainly that is my main concerns at the moment. Any other advice you can throw my way is a great help and very much appreciated. I hope that I can some day read threads like this and easily help out someone with the energy and sound knowledge I hope to receive here.

Steven.

Im not expert but thats doesnt really sound like enough protein, 225 - 275 Id say.

Oh and why does being 19 effect what you can eat ?

Document what you eat - be consistent. Then if after 4 weeks you haventgained any weight - top and bottom line is you are not eating enough!
