Diet help??

Hi im currently on a consistent died of 6 meals a day, consisting:

Whey protien with skimmed milk before 10am,
2 cans of tuna around 12 with 2 fruits,
Pasta meal of somekind around 3,
Protien shake before training,
Chicken or beef main meal of an evening.
A cerial before i sleep.

I basically eat this almost everyday and cant seem to put any muscle mass on, my weight has being pretty consistant for the last few months, and im only seeming to rip, which is getting really frustrating.

Please send me suggestions any help to get some size on me would be appreciated

Cheers SI...

you dont eat enough carbs.

you need alot better breakfast and maybe eat it at 0700, 1000 is a bit late for breakfast

Re: Diet help??

I am assuming your aims are to bulk up?

I would try and eat more - and eat more frequent meals.

With your breakfast try something like 3 - 4 weetabix & whole milk or a good nut butter (organic if you can get it) and bananna sandwich on brown bread and then have your protein shake afterwards.
For a mid morning snack, have a tin of tuna, and maybe some rice cakes with nut butter.
Lunch. Chicken Pasta or Tuna Pasta or Chicken Rissotto. Any big meal really with a high protein source, good carb source and some fats.
Mid afternoon snack - Protein shake with whole milk
After training - Protein shake with water
Keep your main meal the same.
Have something like your mid morning snack before bed, but also have a glass of milk.

Hope this helps, this is only my recommendation, feel free to add or amend anyone.

Re: Diet help??

Carbs are energy; they are the fuel for your WOs. Try rice as its is easier to digest and won't bloat you.
