![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Need a new back routine, Help please. many thanks I've been doing the same routine for back for about 6 months.. I think i need to change it round abit. Single Arm Rows 3x10 36 KG lat pulldown 3x10 unsure :( Dead lifts 3x10 110 Kg bent over back roll 3x10 50 kg I want to work my lats harder, What other exercises can i do for my lats? so far i do Single Arm Rows and lat pulldown :O |

| straight talker | Re: Need a new back routine, Help please. many thanks here is a back routine thats much better than that one chins on a chin up bar 5 sets of 5 deadlifts 2 warm up sets then 5 sets of 5 barbell rows 5 sets of 5 you will be knackered after that lot but will hit all the back muscles sufficiently
