hiya guys, i am looking at putting together a summer training program and was wondering if you guys could help me? any help with diet and training would be handy. i am training for rugby trails which are in august, so i need to mix my training up with a mixture of cardio and weights. i am trying to keep fit, but also put on a bit of a bit of muscle bulk, is this possible? i have been training seriously for about a year and have put on about a stone, im 16 6'4 and 14 stone. any help would be appriated guys.
