After this he said, he can see his 6 pack getting better and shouldnt be long off getting it back completly. I told him, why dont you do less reps and stick a weight on your stomach because it will be more beneficial. I just got a funny look off him. I then said, well why do you not do 110 bicep curls or 110 bench presses ? " Its different " I dont know how he thinks its different because abdominals is just the same as pectorals or biceps. After this, his only reply was, i dont see the point in you curling 12.5kg. I just said, well thats the only weight i can lift so far so what you on about. Some people dont half annoy me in the gym. |

![]() ![]() | Re: How Funny Best to just let people get on with there own thing in the gym unless asked. Even if someone is in discussion and makes a comment that is false or a wifes tale, just nod and let them get on with it. I find getitn ginto debates etc is off-puting and I lose my focus. |

But totally ignored my comment when i said trying to curl 30kg and using your back like that will make your back worse. Im just going to stick to what im doing and improve every week. |
