| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Changing weights on Olympic bar this may be abit of an odd question........... on my old set up at home id place the bar on the bench rails, put two clips in to stop the bar tipping and then add weight, obviously if i didnt put the clips in, as i add e.g. 20kg to one side the bar would topple off now im sure i seen a guy in the gym remove the weights one at a time without placing clips on (i couldn't find any either) is this some secret of the Olympic bar, that you can add 20kg to one side then walk away and add the other 20kg? last thing i want to do is to make an @ss out of myself so i just lifted the bar off the bench, placed him on the floor and then changed the weights ![]() |
