![]() | I WANT PECS! HELP!!! Hi All, been training for a while now, not heavily training but still working out around 3 times a week. Basically i want bigger pecs but im finding it extremelly hard to get any shape on my chest. I suffer from a concave chest naturally (pectus excavatum - see here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pectus_excavatum) is there anything i can do to emphasize my chest? Thanks, John

If the former then realisitcally you cant do a lot with bone structure. If its the latter and you believe you have it, but your bone structure is not actually severly concave the follwing checkist will allow you to increase the size of the pec MUSCLE most effectively: heavy pressing dips calorie surplus 2-3 years good rest This will not though change bone structure

HELP!!! cheers for the advice guys...no my chest is no where near as bad as that ive got some old pics up on this site that show my chest..they can be found here- http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/gaining-w...r-belly-2.html (on page 2) just my left peck is much bigger than my right. The right seems to slope downwards. It has been medically diagnosed in the past...it just occured at puberty...bad times.

For me i found the best chest building exercise is DB's heavy but strict controlled. I dont just try and wack the rep out i go pretty slow to make sure i really feel it and do between 6-8 reps. I hope this is of some help. |
