![]() | Chest infection I havent been training all week because i have a chest infection and am on antibiotics, was wondering how long i should stop for as i could really do with getting back to it and tomorrow is my last day on antibiotics. If anyone can advise that would be great. junior |

If it was a weeks course, wait another 3 days or so after completing it before you train. allow your body some rest and a few days of being "well" before you stress it. Cheers, G
