software for calculating diet, body building?

hello I,m looking for a program which will calculate optimal diet whith recips , but I want to get mass not to loose. I saw a few of them, example they calculate a diet dependence of number of trainings in week, your height, weight etc but they aren't free :( Do U know any free and where can I download it? thnx

Mate its simple, multiply your weight (in lbs) by 24 then you should have a nice daily figure of calories to aim for.

Depending on your diet/training/genetics then you can taylor the nutrient ratios to your goals.....for example:

40% Carbs
40% Protein
20% Fat

50% Carbs
30% Protein
20% Fat

No-one is going to calculate a whole bulking diet just for you mate, you'd probably have to pay a sports nutritionist or something for that.

When I construct a diet I just do it on a sunday when I have a few spare hours with a calculator and some weighing scales.

The calorie totals and macronutrient ratios of all foods can be found at this site: www.foodcount.com
