Re: Help! Is This Normal??

Are you on cycle? I go up and down over a weekend by as much as half a stone depending on what I'v done on the weekend.
If you are on cycle then that's the reason, if not it is still ok providing you're not eating loads of fat.
Go by the mirror mate, not the scales

first thing in mornging after a ****?
creatine will hold some water, thats a possibility but unless you are weighed first thing AM or on waking its pointless

pointless then

hydration levels change and food ingested influences it

get up
take a toilet
weigh yourself
do the same 4-5 days later

Just a thought are your scales digital ie battery or are they of the old style needle and scale if digital get a new battery .

Thats the only input I can give as Im not new to all this also but agree with posts weigh yourself first thing in morning after the toilet and on the same day same time
