training but not eating proper

hi, broke me leg couple weeks ago and im going to be in plaster for another 6 weeks. the trouble is im being fed and watered by my wife who works full time and i cant do it my self like i used to do before accident.
so is it worth still training with db at home all seated exercises, but im not getting the nutrition i should be. or take the time off and wait till i can eat proper again.
thanks budgie:thu mbup1:

Could take time off, then you will bounce back...

My mate had the old glange pretty bad for nearly a year and he was just over 15 stone when he got it....When he started training again, after about a month he hit 16 stone, the heaviest he had been....

Re: training but not eating proper

Why not buy a ****e load of whey and powdered oats ? Surely you want to maintain as much size as possible when you can only train upper body. Its no substitute but better than nothing
