![]() | Upper back/Shoulders Hey guys, after seeing peoples pictures ive noticed that alot of people have a really big upper back and broad shoulders. what are the best excercies to target this area, especially shoulders. Thanks, BTID |

my routine is focused on compound lifts, however lat raises is one of only 3 isolation lifts i do as i feel side delts just dont get hit properly
