Elusive is on a distinguished road
Need help...

I'm completely new to bodybuilding but I'm looking to start now. I'm looking to lose a fair bit of fat from around my body and then build up a nice toned looking body and eventually (in years to come) start getting bigger and bigger. I'm 18, about 5'10/11 and as i said i'm completely new to the whole thing but it's something I'm willing to put a lot of effort and hard work into to acheive results. At the moment, i only own dumbells and barbells but I'm looking for some ideas to lose the fat, and build up some muscle. If anyone can help me either post here or email me j_elusive@hotmail.com
Cheers.

The first step mate would be to post your current training regime, what you currently eating and at what times.Do you have an active job????

Give us as much info as you can and we can take it from there mate.

All the best
