![]() | Need help... I'm completely new to bodybuilding but I'm looking to start now. I'm looking to lose a fair bit of fat from around my body and then build up a nice toned looking body and eventually (in years to come) start getting bigger and bigger. I'm 18, about 5'10/11 and as i said i'm completely new to the whole thing but it's something I'm willing to put a lot of effort and hard work into to acheive results. At the moment, i only own dumbells and barbells but I'm looking for some ideas to lose the fat, and build up some muscle.
