unhappy gym goe is on a distinguished road
when do you change routine?

hi got amazing advice on here in jan diet and workout i have stuck to it like glue and i am still seing results just wondered if i should keep it up until i stop loosing bf,gaining muscle+gaining strenght or should i be changing due to me been doing same thing since jan? whats your thoughts?

When gains stall, then you can re-evaluate things, but if things are going as planned, no need to fix what is not broken.

i find that when i start getting substantially stronger, that's the time to make a few changes. Just my way of doing it.
