![]() | when do you change routine? hi got amazing advice on here in jan diet and workout i have stuck to it like glue and i am still seing results just wondered if i should keep it up until i stop loosing bf,gaining muscle+gaining strenght or should i be changing due to me been doing same thing since jan? whats your thoughts? |
