a bit peed of/gutted

gooday everybody.
been eating ,training well put on about 30lb in a year pleased with my self going good. then i broke my leg 3 weeks ago, fib and tib im devastated,gutted peed of.
i cant belive how fast ive lost my gains my right leg the broken one as gone like a pencil above my knee, my arms av gone thin again.
im going to be in plaster for another 5 weeks im not allowed to put any preasure on my leg.
my question is when i can start up again will i get it back quicker ive heard the term muscle memory is this true, hopefully, i need some good news

yeh as mentioned on here to previous people who have given up, muscle has memory and will quickly grow back, dont stress over it buddy if it couldnt be helped!

thanks dude a fellow welshman, im from swansea. i was training the junior rugby team and it went when another trainer tackled me. acciedent.
all that hard work gone in a matter of weeks. is there any point in curling db, seated milatry press there is quite alot i can do with db.
but my diet as gone out the window untill im on my feet again so is it worth doing exercisses or take the break[pardon the pun] and relax.

is realising, diet, traing, rest, supplements, 12 egg breakfasts are nothing without consistency

just make sure you are eating plenty as im guessing reparing a broken leg will require alot of extra calories, proteins and calcium than your normal requirements.
