| Newbie Trainer Join Date: May 2008 Location: wirral

 | new to the community Hi everyone, as i am new to the community hope everyone will be nice to me. I am go to the gym about 4 or 5 times a week, for the last 2 months. I am hoping to have a go at competing next year in a figure or toned caterogy. I would love to hear from anyone how will keep me moviated and for lots of tips and advice.  |
