unhappy gym goe is on a distinguished road
Beach body

hi all had great advice from here at start if the year lost great deal of fat due to excelent advice,im happy with my progress just doin a basic routine and geting results.

wondered if i could jump of that routine for 6weeks pror to hols an work on kinda beach body muscles to improve them for then like biceps chest maybe bigger back what you think?

or should i get that idea out my head an stick to my usual wich is working so far,just thought a wee injection of those muscles would make me look better on beach .

cheers guys just thought real intense workouts on those muscles would have helped a little for stroling along beach , but workout i got is certainly working just little slow

just pump yourself up good before you go for your stroll on the beach...always makes me look bigger for a little while...just give yourself a mini routine and you will look like you do after a good workout...feel the burn baby.....

If you are at the pool, a quick sprint swim for a couple of lengths will cause a real pump. The main trick is to strut your stuff, be proud of what you have done so far, it is probably a lot more than the other men lounging around the pool have done.....

Its a mental thing mate imo. Instead of rushin to look good in 6 weeks, remember what you looked like before you trained and how good you look now. Now imagine the old you and the new you walking down the beech and see the difference. So instead of panicin and tryin to rush things for 6 weeks, continue whats working, if it is working youll definately look better in 6 weeks than you do now anyway.

Mate if you want to look good in July start thinkin about it in Jan not June.

I'd just stick with what works for now. you won't make many changes in 6 weeks.

cheers guys imjust sticking to routine as im happy with rersaults just thought i would check with you guys as ive had amazing advice from the site, its actualy turned my life totaly around cheers.

Could buy some NOS and Creatine. They give a nice pump to the muscle, although not extra muscle added they will give you a little extra volume in the muscle.

Creatine for when I do bother to use it can make some shirt get smaller.

But with a good diet and training you could definately look better come August and it's still warm then?
Otherwise wear a muscle suite? Chicks will never know!
