![]() | abdominal results hey guys i know when toning ur abs/trying to get a six pack you need to drink plenty of fluids, plenty of cardio work and diet is essential but i am just wondering is it still ok to take protein shakes, as i assume they make you put on weight and it conceal the mid-section more. is protein good to use or not when trying to achieve six pack abs? thanks for the any help guys |

![]() | Re: abdominal results Unless your shake has 600g of carbs and 400g of fat then i wouldn't worry lol! ![]() Protein shakes don't make you fat. And don't worry about abs, they will come as long as you do cardio, have low bf, a clean diet and lift heavy. |
