| Re: Reason123 from day 1 [quote=Reason123;431018]My planned diet-
8.30 Breakfast - Cereal with semi skimmed milk - as suggested oats
10.00 Banana - low GI fruit (citus, apple pear plus hand full of mixed nuts)
12.00 Lunch - Meat and salad sandwhich and low fat yogurt - dump the yogart there full of sugar and agrovate digestion
15.00 Apple - make this a meal or post work out shake on weight training days - put some live organic plain full fat yogart in here
18.30 Dinner - Meat, potato and veg
22.00 Tin of tuna
Drinking 4 litres of water per day
It needs work, maybe more fruit? and to add whey protein? Maybe some seeds/nuts? While your loosing the extra baggage it's best not to eat anything at all for at least 2 hours before bed, so while cottage cheese is great do it two hours before, this will give you plenty of fat burning growth hormone release though out the night. |

I replaced my mid morn banana with an apple.
bought some mixed nuts and pumkin seeds to have a nibble on mid morn and mid arfternoon.
Ive dumped the yogurt. Will be purchasing live organic plain full fat yogarts tonight.
After my late afternoon workout il have a whey protein shake.
And il make sure i have the cottage cheese 2 hours before bed.
Couple of Q's
*how much cottage cheese should i eat at night? i had approx 100g last night.
*am i ok to mix a little milk into the water for the whey protein so it doesnt taste so bad?
*coming up to 48 hours after my first squats session, i can hardly walk! is this nomal?

| Re: Reason123 from day 1 Hey reason,
Firstly welcome...
Look around for a guy called Yeti Man on here- he's got pretty much the same goals as you , and you might find being at similar stages useful, I'm sure he'd be obliged to answer any questions for ya...
Hope I was helpful... even if a little bit!

Sure use honey but in the long run a flavoured protein prowder mixed in would be better or some organic cocoa powder. Just don't go over board with the honey as you want to limit your sugars as musch as possible |
