Re: Just got back from holidays.... feel like crap

If you dont want to train, dont train. Unless someone is paying you for your phjysique or performance then you dont have to train. If you dont enjoy it dont force it, its not a requirement in life to lift weights. keeping active and eating a 'quality food intake' is sufficient.
there may come a point where you naturally want to go back the gym without forcing yourself or striving for motivation and this is maybe what you need.
find a hobby or pursuit in the meantime that you enjoy and do want to do
motivation in these circustamnces is very intrinsic i find and nature dictates your movements.
plenty more to life than lifting weights and worrying about not lifting them

Re: Just got back from holidays.... feel like crap

Thats a fair comment mate but i honestly love training..... i live for it...if i cant train for whatever reason or miss a day i normally feel gutted....

i cant be the only one who after a holiday finds it hard to get back in to it....

Re: Just got back from holidays.... feel like crap

Ok, nature will take you back, whether thats when you get to a point of not liking your body or through natural means

If you love training, it will draw you back

I know many people do feel deflated after a holiday but isnt it just a case of turning the PC off and driving/walking to the gym and actually realising why you train through the feeling you get?
