Stomach prob

Hi
Jsut wondering if anyone had this problem.
If I eat within 2-3 hours of starting cardio I get terrible stomach pain and literally soon after that an urge to use the loo.!!!!! Does anyone have any suggestions, I am a beginner to BB but have always had this problem when participating in other sports too so have just avoided eating within about 3 hours of cardio.. I understand a pre training meal is essential for BB - how can I combat this?? I don't have the same problem when lifting, just cardio.

Re: Stomach prob

It's a natural human response the body wants to make it self lighter to run from what every is making us run. I'd make sure the meal before exersize is fat free as this slows the digestion process and adding in a digestive enzyme with betaine HCL will help speed it up further.

So overall using a fast protein like whey along side oats (unless you have gluten problems like me, in this case go for rice or quinoa) about 2 hours before along with a digestive enzyme. Now foods super enzymes are good qulaity and reasonably priced.
